By the way, has anyone else been thinking of the frog in the kettle illustration with this GA? It hit me Friday night with Marj Carpenter's comment /begging not to act so we can live into this (get used to the temperature you have already raised it to---if you turn it up too fast dearies, those frogs are going to start jumping out). I think Marj now has the top two least favorite things a supposed orthodox evangelical comment at a GA meeting. Here previous was back when she said she was just plain tired of fighting and thought we should just give things a try. "Sorry God, I just got tired of standing up for Your truth. They plumb wore me out and I thought we should all just take give heresy a bit of a go and see how we like it."
